Mead RingDex as HPDA

I went looking for some vinyl 3x5 dividers at Office Depot tonight with the intent of cutting the tabs to make my own Exoskeleton HPDA.

Instead, I picked up a nearly pre-made one. The Mead RingDex. It's two sheets of translucent vinyl and 80 color-ruled 3x5 cards with holes punched at the top & bottom all on two 1" ring binders. There are also two tabs which are removable without opening the rings.

90% of a bound HPDA right there. Can't decide if I'm going to tape it just yet.
