I apologize if this seems spammish, but there's a lot of discussion of the Circa notebooks here so I thought this might be a worthwhile tip. This is marked down from $20 to $12.95.

Putting these on sale seems like a definite "gillette" approach: once you've got the notebook, you'll either buy refills, or at least a higher-profit-margin circa punch.
