From Mind Map to NA

How do I get from the mind mapping and project brainstorm yellow pad paper to next actions? Here is my current process:

  1. Mind Map and Brainstorm ideas on yellow pad paper (I always do this to easily find in fies.

  2. Place mind map and Brainstorm files in Inbox for review and process.

  3. At Inbox review I either make a new project folder (if needed) or place applicable document in the existing project folder.

  4. At weekly review I review documents in the folder and create next actions list on my PDA.

To narrow down my question: my weekly review of projects is done directly from the project files -- all the little ideas sticky notes, emails, articles, mtg. minutes, etc. I heard DA state that he does the weekly review from his Palm, so how does he do this?

I currently use my PDA to track next actions, calendar, and contacts, but not really projects. Well, I do have a list of projects, but it's in the "To-Do" list under a category called "Projects" But this is where I capture ideas on the go.

Any ideas on how I can improve my systems?
