Interesting 43F Stats
Merlin Mann | Jul 15 2005
Talking blog stats is dull, tacky stuff, so I usually avoid it like the plague. But here’s a couple data points you might find interesting. That’s a pie graph of current browser share for recent visits to 43F. Two things about this fascinate me:
Slightly off-topic, why has no one made a Greasemonkey script that knocks out any 43F post that mentions (Macs|GTD|Moleskines|Hipster PDA|other thing that drives you nuts)? I thought you guys were all prickly about stuff? Anyhow, if somebody makes it and it works well, I’d link to it. Other tidbits, if you’re interested (all courtesy of Site Meter). Damn. 51%? “2560 x 1024” monitor people? Photo, please. Technorati Tags: blogs, browsers, firefox, osx, statistics 22 Comments

any statistics on aggregators? because i'd assume a significant amount of your audience is reading using netnewswire on OSX, and that throws a kink into the stats. and how many of the windows/IE people are stumbling onto 43F via a google search or something? » POSTED IN:
