Testing the 43F redesign: Report bugs and comments here

I've flipped on this staged version of the site redesign so I can do some testing, iron out some bugs, and see how the load will be handled by WordPress. There's lots of new stuff to talk about here, so feel free to ask questions, make comments and report bugs in this thread. I'll delete it when this officially goes live. If anything huge pops out (or I've missed something brutally obvious about security, for example) email 43bugs@undisclosedlocation.com or hit me on the AIM (aim:hotdogsladies). The new look feels clean (not that the old one didn't). The jumping Intel ad is starting to drive me slightly nuts... (browsing with Firefox 1.0.7 on Ubuntu). Somebody else commented on the fixed width design and large monitors. I agree. How about making a theme version available with a wider, or flexible ("width=xx%"), layout for the content column, and using wp-theme-switcher to let people choose which layout they want to use? The content, of course, maintains the usual high quality that keeps me coming back for more. :-) Keep up the good work! » POSTED IN:
