Some of my co-workers have this habit of sending URL's or forwarding information with absolutely no context or background. So I'll get something like this: Subject: Interesting link Body: http://www.somesite.com/someperson/interesting.html {{{signature}}} Okay, so what is this and why should I read it???? Do you think I'm actually going to read this now? Unlikely (and, knowing this person, it probably was actually interesting - I just can't be bothered to read it with no context). Another co-worker sends meeting agendas with the date of the meeting in the subject line. Great, that's helpful. Now I know what this email is about. Inaccurate or insufficient subject lines have got to be my biggest pet peeve. » POSTED IN:
