MacWorld SF 06: What's not to miss?
Merlin Mann | Jan 9 2006
O, MacLazyWeb, I invoke thee. MacWorld is on over at the Moscone. I have my annual cheapskate "exhibits only" pass, and I'm prepared to blow a couple hours wandering around the floor some time this week. Ah, the sublime bazaar of chanting booth bunnies and free totebag offers. Good times! My question to you: what's exciting on the show floor this year? Anything I shouldn't miss? Any exhibitors want to make a case to the Bay Area (and out-of-town) geeks reading this? Beckon us unto your booth (and do feel free to offer free schwag and discounts to 43F Geeks in the bargain :)). NB: the usual admonitions on self-linking are lifted for this one -- provided they're tasteful and do indeed point to info on your exhibiting company (yes, I'll check). So, what's the happs, people? 14 Comments

Here's some new software I...Submitted by Daniel (not verified) on January 9, 2006 - 5:13pm.
Here's some new software I just stumbled upon, kudos to Brilliant Days: MemoryMiner, by Group Smarts. Apparently Group Smarts will premiere their commercial version of MemoryMiner at MacWorld – and after checking out there website, I'd be clamoring all over their booth in order to buy a copy. MemoryMiner is an original, rather ingeniously pulled off way of bringing the "People, Places and Times" of your photos all together in one place... I suspect organized, GTD-ish, & tech-savvy users like the folks who frequent here will find great use for it. » POSTED IN:
