New Index Card Templates

I've been using the DIY Planner hpda templates for some time, but I've always found them a bit too restrictive (ie - having to rewrite someday/maybes when promoting them to projects, etc). I liked the idea of plain white index cards, but missed some of the structure the templates provided. So I made new templates, very simple, that can be used for anything: collection, actions, projects, somedays, meeting notes. They are similar to Levenger's Flickr is back up and running. Okay, I've got them online now. I've posted the pdf on my here. It is meant to be printed on a double-sided index card. On the front there are places for created date, start date and finish date, as well as title, card number, and a modified Cornell notes layout. The reverse has places for notes/sources, and associated contacts. Hope this helps! Let me know what you think. It's my first attempt at a card layout. » POSTED IN:
