I've been using mine for months. It is fantastic.

My problem now is finding a great way to archive pages I don't need in it anymore. I'm sure there is a rollabind "binder" out there somewhere, but i'd settle for cheap-seats jumbo rollabind notebooks i can stuff my used pages into.

They look really nice. I am a high school administrator so I have a lot of junk I write down -- classroom observations, notes from meetings with students and parents, telephone notes, notes from meetings with the Big-Wigs in the district office, etc.

My Moleskine hasn't been exactly what I need in this department because everything just runs together chronologically. Plus, anything I write about students can be subpoenaed so I like the idea that I can have separate sections and pull stuff out as needed.

I hope the el cheapo shipping is fairly quick - I didn't want to spend another $13 for Express...

Cranking

Merlin used to crank. He’s not cranking any more.

This is an essay about family, priorities, and Shakey’s Pizza, and it’s probably the best thing he’s written. »

Scared Shitless

Merlin’s scared. You’re scared. Everybody is scared.

This is the video of Merlin’s keynote at Webstock 2011. The one where he cried. You should watch it. »
