I went ahead and treated the leather and buffed it up when I got it, and it has developed some light scratches but they seem to be just surface-scratches and I rather enjoy the "look at my important notebook" look.

Those clear plastic dividers make it easier to deal with pages in between as well as give it a nice personal touch.

EVERY product I've had delivered from them has had the same treatment. Those guys are pros. And if you have suggestions for changes to their products you can send them in and you WILL get a response from a human.
