Fujitsu ScanSnap for Mac

I have just seen the Fujitsu ScanSnap and it sounds perfect. I'd like to scan and label all my paper documents then destroy the originals and be completly paperless. As I can't be the only one who has had this thought I would greatly appreciate your own experiences and opinions. 4 Comments

Hello. Love this site and wanted to say that you guys have certainly fed my lust for the ScanSpan with my fantasies of a paper-less office. Forgive me for my ignorance, but how exactly do the PDFs/OCR process work? If the OCR isn't 100%, is it possible to manually correct the text in the document and still maintain the integrity with the background image/formatting, etc.? Also, as an acupuncturist, I have lots of docs of text with Chinese Pinyin, so I'm afraid that won't transfer well. Thanks much! -Showing » POSTED IN:
