I don't think this has really anything to do with GTD but Emory's white paper brought it up. I've tried using Pine and have it set up and everything cooks with gas until I try to send something and it always times out over port 25. I'm not a command line/UNIX guru so I'm a little at a loss at what to do. Anybody use Pine that knows what I'm doing wrong? Daniel 7 Comments

Mail.app doesn't have a problem and it's set to no authorization over port 25, this is why I was surprised that Pine was having a problem with it. Is there something in Pine where I can tell it to wait longer when trying to send mail? I know that in Mail it takes ~60-90 seconds to send an email, maybe Pine is just a bit too hasty?
