Seeking suggestions for OS X anti-virus software
Terrence Randell | Apr 15 2006
I'm a recent OS X convert from XP. I'm looking for an anti-virus package and would like your suggestions. Based on MacWorld and a few other sites, it looks like Intego VirusBarrier is the leading product. I want some real world feedback before I commit any money to a product. Thanks in advance. 6 Comments

I use ClamXav. It's small and unobtrusive. The only "drawback" is that I haven't figured out how to have it check for virus definition updates on its own. It's free (donationware) and does the job for me. Edit: I'm an idiot, it checks all definitions on launch. :) Daniel » POSTED IN:
