Multiple Users/Fast User Switching and productivity
Brad Blackman | Jun 7 2006
Forgive me if this is covered elsewhere, but do any of you use multiple users (Fast User Switching) to manage multiple desktops at once? For example, one "user" for work-oriented stuff, and one for casual browsing, etc.? 6 Comments

THAT is a very interesting concept, Chrome. And it can apply to Windows or that 'other' OS that you use. :D That could be a good tool for those that have problems straying away from actual work while at their computer. I would even go as far as suggesting that the 'Work' profile be locked down more so that apps cannot be installed, and certain websites might be blocked. I do not use one computer for all, so this would not apply to me much. But, it really does sound interesting as a Diversion Killer implementation. Michael » POSTED IN:
