'Super Book'?
alxwz | Mar 17 2007
Hi all, I'm new to this forum and here's my first question: Some time and self management books or seminars here in Germany promote the use of a (hard-bound) book into which everything should go, in chronological order. First, could some native English speaker give me the correct English term for such a book, please? That would make googling so much easier. Secondly, any idea how the use of such a book could possibly map to GTD? Other than a hard-bound inbox, I can't see this fit into the GTD system, although I can see it as potentially useful (no more loose notes, everything in one place, etc.). Thanks in advance, 19 Comments

Using Miquelrius booksSubmitted by brownstudy on March 18, 2007 - 2:30pm.
There's also the "GSD" method (getting shit done) that uses a Miquelrius book, which is perfect bound and not looseleaf. gsd3 This lady created her own version, also with Miquelrius: I've just started grad school and had a big blank hardbound sketchbook that Borders and B&N sell so cheaply. I'm keeping all my notes and reading notes in there, dating the pages I use. I'm glad to have them all in one place, though I haven't had to retrieve anything yet. One advantage is that, since the ideas I get from both classes tend to spark off of each other, I can see connections between the two classes I wouldn't see otherwise. meb » POSTED IN:
