We've started a new feature over on MacBreak Weekly that I really hope becomes a regular thing: "_Mac Whines_!" Yeah, sure, I'm an unapologetic Apple fanboy (I, mean duh), but some stuff about my Mac experience makes me crazy. Have you got a beef with your Mac or OS X you want to shout from the shiny counter of the "Genius" Bar? Yeah, me too. I'll open with:

I second the iCal alert being half-way off the screen. Plus, when there is an error of some sort related to a file, such as the file being open or locked or hosed, there is no way to find out which file is the culprit and just nuke it. Just tell me what file or application is the problem or beef up Activity Monitor to show me what files are holding things up. » POSTED IN:
