We've started a new feature over on MacBreak Weekly that I really hope becomes a regular thing: "_Mac Whines_!" Yeah, sure, I'm an unapologetic Apple fanboy (I, mean duh), but some stuff about my Mac experience makes me crazy. Have you got a beef with your Mac or OS X you want to shout from the shiny counter of the "Genius" Bar? Yeah, me too. I'll open with:

When I'm watching a video in full-screen mode and I hit my space bar to pause, it dumps out of the video completely. Why oh why doesn't the space bar just pause like it does with anything else? Also, I'm on week two of my new push to macs and twice I've had to reboot after Front Row hung while trying to load my music or movies. I'm getting the impression that Front Row isn't the most stable application in the mac empire. Lastly, independent music on iTunes with DRM makes me sad. » POSTED IN:
